What's Included?

Cassette’s base pricing Includes the complete home, all appliances (other than washer-dryer), and the heating and cooling system.
Estimates for utility connections, custom decks, permanent foundations, custom siding and/or other design-build services are prepared for specific sites with open book transparency, and Cassette adds a 15% fee for coordination / management of the work.

Can I customize anything?

Our standard upgrade packages include your choice of cabinet finished, countertops, premium hardwood flooring and bathrooom tile. If you bring a favorite flooring or other material and it is not difficult for us to install - we will do so at no additonal charge. Otherwise, additional upgrades are available for additional costs as follows:

Packaged HVAC system:

$3,500 - 5,000 depending on home size

Euro Kitchen Upgrades:

$12,500 - $15,000

Add a sliding door:

Exclusions: What else should I budget?

First of all -- you are not alone! Cassette’s turnkey services include predevelopment that includes site investigation, feasibility study and provision of a preliminary total project budget for installing your new Cassette home on your land. This includes turnkey permitting through occupancy. Below is an average weighting of project costs an owner should expect on a low complexity site with easy installation:
